Reviews From Our Satisfied Patients

  • We love Mission Equine and the staff. They are very caring and very thorough. Our mare hurt her left front about a month ago. His office arrived with 10 minutes and took all sorts of X rays. He was back out in the morning and did ultrasound and more X rays. Luckily our girl made an amazing recovery and he was as happy with her healing as we were.

  • Absolutely amazing. There are not enough words to convey how great the staff is. I have had many vets over the years but none come close to him and the way he treats his patients and their owners. Knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, empathetic are just a few.

  • Love and care from each Dr and staff member, is given to your horse. Skill, knowledge & heart is delivered with each and every interaction. The partnership between the owner and the Drs and staff is flawless. Communication is key and the Drs take the time to provide detailed explanations and answer questions - providing care as a team with you being a part of that team. I cannot say enough kind words about this group of professionals with huge hearts!

  • On November 8, 2013, my horse coliced. It never occurred to me to call anyone other than Mission Equine Hospital and their staff practice and I didn't even realize that he opened a state of the art hospital right in San Juan Capistrano. My horse was treated with the type of kindness, professionalism and dignity most people do not get with their own doctor. His colic was serious and required the removal of 10 feet of small intestine. The whole practice turned up for his care around the clock. I, nor my opinions, were never marginalized including my aromatherapy, trigger point massage, items from home and crystal therapy! This gave me a chance to see the miracle of his recovery first hand with a dedicated staff that surrounded us with love. Roy recovered fully. I could not thank Mission Equine Hospital and their staff, his staff and associates enough. All I could do is bring some snacks, drinks and lavender oil.
