Dr. Reynoso has completed her Veterinary degree at University of Baja California, Mexico in 2008, where she graduated the top of her class. She completed a year of internship at San Luis Rey Equine Hospital and two years of internship at Alamo Pintado Equine Medical Center. She acquired strong skills in equine anesthesia, intensive care, surgery, imaging, and lameness working at this hospitals. After completing her internships she started her own equine sport medicine practice in Tijuana, Mexico. While running her practice, in 2013 she joined Dr. Mark Secor’s veterinary practice. Since then she has worked closely with Dr. Secor in the sport medicine field. On her time off she loves traveling and spending time with her family, friends, and pets

Dr. Gonzalez knew she wanted to become a veterinarian ever since taking her first dog to their first vet appointment. She attended the University of Florida where she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Biochemistry, as well as her love of large animals. She learned to ride, doing mostly jumpers and some dressage. She went on to attend veterinary school at Western University of Health Sciences focusing on equine and food and fiber animals. Her interests are internal medicine, reproduction, and any work involving ruminants and camelids. She is very excited to start this chapter of her life with the wonderful team at Mission Equine. 

Katherine grew up in Orange County, CA and has been riding for many years. She has two horses of her own and enjoys helping our clients and their horses feel their best.
